For almost 40 years, Gary R. Poole has been a top trial attorney and thought leader in law practice management. He owns the Law Office of Gary Poole in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he represents individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. Over the years, about 60 percent of Gary‘s clients have been in motorcycle accidents. Since 1991 Gary has worked with his paralegal Kristin Swofford, and in 1996 she helped him establish his solo practice. Gary helped launch a pioneering Lawyer Mentoring Program to guide new admittees in Orange County NC on issues of legal ethics, client relations, marketing and law office management. Gary graduated from the University of Chapel Hill-NC Law School in 1985 and is licensed in North Carolina.
